Tourist activities not only teach people to love their native land, but also promote environmental awareness and environmental culture in the context of rational use of natural resources. That is why such initiatives are extremely important and need support, both from the local population and the authorities.

The Volyn region has a great recreational potential, which is underused today. Creating a route of this type will acquaint tourists with the unique natural complexes of Volyn, its original culture and interesting places of the region.

Creating a route such as “Volyn Heritage” is of special importance to us. After all, tourism and local lore work occupies an important place in the national and patriotic education of youth. Moreover, the project expands traditional boundaries and combines history, culture and ecology in one route. Therefore, the Center will definitely join the route and promote it among tourists from Volyn.

With each year there are more and more cycling enthusiasts, and we have very few marked bicycle routes, despite the fact that Volyn is very interesting for cycling. That is why there is a great need for the development of cycling tourism.

This route is based on a great idea and will definitely increase the number of people who will be able to travel through this area. After all, not everyone knows how to plan independently and can simply miss some unique and interesting locations.

The expansion of active types of tourism has great prospects in the current conditions of decentralization. Such destinations will increase the number of tourists and develop the service. The presence of marked tourist routes will attract domestic tourists, and the historical component will attract foreign guests

Marking the route according to international standards is a significant contribution to the development of local tourism infrastructure. At the same time, it facilitates the orientation of tourists in the area.

Volyn has a great, untapped potential for Ukrainian tourists. Such a route will draw people’s attention to this region. It would be interesting for me to start cycling along the route, because it includes the most interesting locations.

“Volyn Heritage” route is an interesting combination of active tourism with objects of historical, cultural and natural heritage. I have visited almost a hundred protected areas in different countries around the world and I can assure you that “Tsumanska Pushcha” is unique. It is really difficult to find such beautiful oak forests in Europe.

The idea to create any route is always good for the tourist potential of the region. And when it’s a route with a historical component – it’s much better! Our company and I have traveled around Lutsk as much as possible. And here is something new. Therefore, we will gladly ride this route on bicycles, run or just walk. I hope that those who know us and follow us will do the same.
