Hydrological nature monument of local significance, located within the settlements of Tsuman and Bashlyky.
Area – 86.5 hectares.
Protected status was granted in 1997 to preserve the natural complexes of the Putylivka river and several ponds in its basin.
The boundary of the hydrological monument stretches along the river for 6.6 km and is a spawning ground for many fish species.
